Terrible customer service. I ordered a new Samsung refrigerator from Best Buy. Best Buy had a third party contractor bring the fridge out and install it. The fridge doesn’t cool, almost as if it was a store model without a compressor. I called them and explained what was going on and their solution was to do an exchange 5 days later. So I get to move into a new house and go 5 days without a fridge. Very frustrating. There has been zero accountability or apologies from Best Buy granted you don’t get to speak to actual employees anymore. Oh also I purchased the 3 year geek squad protection for this fridge and this is how I got treated. If you need major appliances go somewhere else.

Just wanted to connect my new laptop to my Wi-Fi. Simple right? Couldn't call the store. Drove to store, needed appointment. Manager didn't help. Said I should return computer to Best Buy. Which made sense since it wouldn't connect to my Wi-Fi. Wow!

When I noticed they had a big sale on the refrigerator I purchased just a couple of weeks prior, I went into the store and told them about it. They didn't give me any trouble at all. They just took the receipt, scanned it, and put the difference right back onto my card. I was in and out of there in maybe about 5 min. It was WONDERFUL! Thank you, Best Buy, for sticking to your price guarantee policy without giving me grief about it!

The Geek Squad at Best Buy on 71st, Tulsa, fixed a computer problem for me. I appreciate their knowledge, their friendliness, and their caring about the customer's satisfaction. They provide a needed in a great way.

Example of how a store should treat their customers. I was greeted and asked if she could help me before I could make 5 steps inside the store. While I was looking I was approached four separate times by members who are working in a different departments while I walk through the store. Each of them approached and they seemed genuinely wanting to help. That type of attitude makes me feel comfortable making large purchases from Best buy as at the least, the employees value my business.
