repomobilehomesales 4 months agoI haven’t always had the best experiences at this Best Buy in the past, so I came in with pretty low expectations. That completely changed thanks to Blake and Bear with the Geek Squad. They were incredibly professional, patient, and knowledgeable, and they genuinely took the time to resolve all of my issues instead of rushing me along. Their customer service was a total turnaround from what I’d experienced before, and it honestly restored my confidence in this store. I really hope to work with Blake and Bear again in the future. This was a wonderful experience and has completely changed my opinion of Best Buy Tulsa Midtown.
Karl G 4 months agoWent looking for a keyboard and mouse when we needed Pronto. They had a great selection. The store was quiet and clean midday. No wait at the line for the register. Glad I didn't have to wait for an online delivery.
Caleb a month agoI don’t think I’ve ever left a negative review before and I feel kinda bad about it, but I went in to buy a laptop today and the Geek Squad guy who helped us (I think his name was Gerald or something) was so condescending I had to say something. He approached us after me and my sister had already decided on a laptop and since she worked at a Best Buy store before and another employee had helped us, I knew I had picked a good one. He, for some reason since they don’t receive commission, was quite persistent on upselling me and was passive aggressive when I chose not to, saying stuff like “well if you care about quality…” While checking us out he was interrogative about my living situation and the fact we had moved cities since I was trying to use my mom’s protection plan, and continued to be rude throughout the transaction. Just an utterly bizarre and unnecessarily hostile experience, I hope he finds whatever peace he’s looking for. The other guy who had helped us Brennan was super nice and genuinely helpful so he gets 5 stars.
Patrick Willis 4 months agoTo Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding a recent purchase of an Apple Watch from Best Buy. Upon opening the package, we discovered that the watch itself was missing from the box. We immediately contacted and visited the Best Buy location where the purchase was made. Unfortunately, the response we received from your customer service team was unacceptable. We were left with the strong impression that our claim was not believed, and no meaningful assistance was provided. The only guidance offered was that Best Buy would need to resolve the issue with Apple, which is not a reasonable resolution for a product purchased directly from your store. This watch was intended as a combined Birthday, Anniversary, and Valentine’s Day gift for my wife. Being unable to receive either a replacement or an immediate refund was extremely disappointing and frustrating. When a customer purchases goods from Best Buy, they should receive those goods—or be promptly refunded so they have the option to repurchase elsewhere. We did not receive anything close to a 5-Star Experience. The attitude, treatment, and communication from the customer service team fell well below expectations and reflected poorly on Best Buy as a retailer. I am requesting that this matter be reviewed and resolved promptly, either through a replacement of the missing watch or a full refund. I would also appreciate acknowledgment of the poor customer service experience we encountered. I look forward to your response.
