Youssef Daouk 3 weeks ago⭐ 1 Star – Absolutely Terrible Experience This review is specifically for the Best Buy Tulsa Hills location regarding my experience on June 9, 2026. This was by far one of the worst retail experiences I’ve ever had. I purchased a refrigerator from Best Buy and later returned to the Tulsa Hills store to upgrade to a different model. What should have been a simple transaction turned into a complete disaster. The employees handling the sale appeared inexperienced and seemed unsure of what they were doing. Multiple mistakes were made with pricing and calculations, creating confusion that should never have happened in the first place. After spending a considerable amount of time trying to sort through their errors, I decided I simply wanted to keep my original refrigerator purchase. Instead of correcting the situation, the manager informed me that I could no longer go back to my original order, even though the problems were created by their staff. Rather than finding a solution, they left me dealing with the consequences of their mistakes. To make matters worse, my delivery date was pushed back an additional 7 days because of the changes and errors made during the process. Not only was my time wasted, but I was also left without the refrigerator I originally planned on receiving when promised. I then contacted customer service hoping someone could explain what happened and help resolve the issue. Unfortunately, that experience was just as disappointing. I asked multiple questions and received little to no useful answers. No one took ownership of the problem, and no one seemed interested in helping. For a company that sells major appliances and expects customers to spend thousands of dollars, the level of service I received was unacceptable. Poor communication, inaccurate calculations, lack of product and sales knowledge, and an unwillingness to resolve customer concerns made this an extremely frustrating experience. Best Buy has lost me as a customer. After this experience at the Tulsa Hills location on June 9th, I will be taking my business elsewhere and would not recommend this store to anyone looking for reliable service or competent customer support.
Paul Mungai 5 months agoCustomer service experience was great. They did not have what we needed in store so we ended up having them order it for delivery. That in-store process was seamless. Though we ordered 2 items of the exact same kind (wireless carrier simcards) they arrived 2 days apart and from different locations, one of which was a return center.
Alex L 4 months agoI have bought most appliances, computers and laptops from Best Buy probably close to $2,000 a year but not anymore. I tried to buy a speed queen washer and its only available in store I live about an hour away and didn't want to drive to tulsa hills and them not have it so I tried to call. talked my way through the A.I to a person who was at a call center and explained I just needed to know if it was in store. She wasn't able to help and said no one at the store will take your call. I guess another store that has a person who answers phones on sight can make $2,300 on one sale.
Jack Leung a month agoI got me a GPS screen, speakers, and remote start. Kolby from geek squad hooked it up for me. Dude is very knowledgeable about his stuff. I am very happy with Kolby’s service BUT I hate Best Buy’s phone AI. It doesn’t work. The Best Buy workers themselves are NOT GOOD! I actually called on a Monday and geek squad be closed on Monday. I didn’t know that. Call the Best Buy line, fought the AI for 10 mins. On hold for 10 mins. Just to have a lady tell me she would transfer me, I said I called back there and no one answered. At which she should said… oh they are closed on Mondays. But she said she has someone to speak with me. Plz hold. I held. And CLICKED. HUNG UP!!! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣. Pay someone $20.00 to answer the phones. But you want to invest millions into AI that doesn’t work. Laughable!
Willis Allen 3 months agoI pay for some kind of membership that's supposed to get us better deals. I needed a dishwasher for a rent house and they did not provide any special deal. I found the same dishwasher at another store for about $200 less. Their membership program and the Geek squad used to be outstanding. However, the last computer I bought there they set it up and it has never been right from the very beginning. I think I'm about finished with Best buy
