Best Buy has an awesome selection of electronics and TVs, and it is great to see products in person. However, finding an available floor employee to answer technical questions takes a long time. The checkout lines are also consistently slow. It is a decent store if you already know what you want.

I’ve had mostly good experiences at the Best Buy in Watertown. The store is clean, well-organized, and usually well stocked. When you find the right employee, they’re friendly and genuinely helpful, especially for electronics questions and returns. That said, service can be a bit hit-or-miss depending on how busy it is, and sometimes it takes a while to get assistance or handle online pickups. Parking is available, which makes the visit more convenient. Overall, it’s a solid location for browsing and buying electronics, and I’d recommend it if you know what you’re looking for.

I gave a 4 because despite Best Buy having very nice employees, a free bathroom, and decent process, however- there have been enough reasons for it to get a 4 as an electronics store overall. Even though they hire great people, they do not train them well enough. They sell computers but often cannot help you with technical inquiries for hardware. If you're looking for a phone or laptop, they can help you, but the knowledge only goes so far, as I have never been able to get good answers for my PC related questions. I also got an open box product that was not properly marked for everything that was missing, so I feel like that reflects the lack of familiarity when handling products. Stock is also very sparse lately due to them failing to compete with online retailers and cannot compare to micro center except for home appliances.

Kevin helped me with a purchase on 2/7/2026. I bought a monitor as a gift for my partner. He was very knowledgeable about all electronic products! I’m really glad I went to this location because of his help . Thank you Kevin!!

The poor rating doesn’t reflect the store and the staff who were helpful. It’s the company. 1) I bought an iPad screen protector from the store. I asked if I could get help putting it on. They said it would cost me $9. Not a big deal but frustrating for sure. Especially because in the past they’ve always done it as a complimentary service. T mobile helped me out with the same thing for no cost. Very disappointing. 2) I needed help replacing the foam padding on my headphones. I brought the tools and everything. It was a simple issue where I was struggling to appropriately align the padding. For this. I was quoted $42. Outrageous. I’m happy to pay a service fee but not $42 esp when the technician looked confused himself. He kept apologizing and said it was company policy, but it wasn’t like they were Again, I would have been happy to pay but this experience really turned me off Best Buy. Especially when T mobile helped me out.
