A good best buy. Fantastic staff. Cool setups to demo tech. New stock rotates in regularly. Never too long of a wait for help or to check out. Ample parking. Ordering ahead is good to do.

Nicole was absolutely awesome. She was incredibly nice and helpful. Her disposition and customer service were so great that I felt the need to leave a review. Keep up the great work Nicole - and thanks again for the help with the new computer 😁

My 1st experience at Best Buy Dorchester. The laziest employees I ever seen in my life. Was in the store for an hour with no help … every one seem high except the guy with the locs he helped me on his lunch break ..much appreciated however never coming here again.

Absolutely ridiculous. I was waiting since 5AM to get my hands on the new Pokemon cards and the workers REFUSED to check their stock, we all know why . They’re waiting to grab it for themselves once they clock out, this is so wrong to deceive customers who KNOW how much is in stock to deal with selfish , lazy and belittling workers who want all the new trends to themselves , while gaslighting us and trying to point us elsewhere . 1 star from me. I refuse to step foot into this best buy again .

Had an issue with my Desktop PC not booting. Made an appointment with the Geek Squad. Henry finally got it restart correctly. He found some updates that I hadn't been notified of. He applied the updates and the PC was purring again. Thanks Henry. I do appreciate it!
