Needed a wifi router and stopped in Best Buy. I was helped immideatly by Taylor and was in and out within 15minutes. Very knowledgeable associate that was personsble and answered all my questions.

Everyone is so helpful and friendly. My salesperson - Payton - even showed this senior citizen how to work a washer with all of the fancy new buttons. Thanks Payton for teaching this old dog new tricks! I genuinely appreciate it.

I thoroughly enjoyed my visual shopping experience in Best Buy.i was greeted & impressed at the door by a courteous young man called Slow Motion, Everyone was so nice. I needed a new computer, and as I shopped, i was amazed at the variety of quality merchandise & and high-tech appliances . I highly recommend Best Buy as a unique shopping experience. 7/22/24 we went to BEST BUY looking for a portable DVD Player one was $149 . + tax Another was $200. + tax, so we thought Wal-Mart may have one cheaper .Sure enough, it cost $109.00 + tax that was great bargin. 👍

I am so frustrated. I scheduled an appointment to have new appliances delivered weeks ago. The window they gave me was 7am-7pm, so I sat at home all day waiting and they never showed. Every customer support avenue leads to a robot or a foreign call center who can’t provide any information. So I just have no idea what happened to my thousands of dollars worth of appliances. This is insane!

Brought my computer in at 6 pm on a Sunday. A simple system restore somehow made Chrome and Teams stop working. Geek Squad tech SC installed a new browser and gave me a battle plan until I could give up my machine for the several-day repair turnaround. Stellar work, all while under pressure from a crying college student. We love a patient & efficient King. 6 stars.
