Ian Andrews 3 weeks agoWent to return an open box TV, ended up not turning on in store. Supervisor got called over, sarcastic and kinda rude the whole time. Employee who helped me was very nice and polite and the one who carried the TV to my car was also super nice. While taking the TV to my car, I hear on their radio the Supervisor who “helped me” talk crap about me through the radio to every other employee. I felt like I was pretty calm and nice about the return being denied, kinda sucks to hear that. Update: Customer service phone agent was super helpful and actually got this resolved for me. Made the managers behavior and attitude appear even worse. Employees at the store are great but that managers attitude and overall rudeness needs work. Will not be returning to this store even though its close by. Will go elsewhere.
Aaron Mayerle a month agoUnfortunately, I feel like this review is just not enough to say that Best Buy as a company has fallen to the worst retailer operating today. Please take the time to shop at other establishments that offer in house services such as delivery. With my recent order, I experienced the worst customer service in my life having to deal with the Best Buy delivery app and also the service provider JB Hunt. Best Buy’s preferred delivery service. 2 full days were wasted, 1st some one never showed up or called to say they weren’t coming. Second day, broken TV. Best Buy at that point couldn’t figure out how to retain me as a customer. So in this case they have fully lost one. I don’t need to shop there any longer. There are way too many options. Also, I think they are more interested in selling Pokémon cards instead of appliances and services. I will not be sad when the place gets eaten by investors. Good bye
Dana Hickman 2 weeks agoI had an LG that I'd had for a while and it was dying. I went in to get another LG but was open to seeing other brands. The woman that helped me asked questions about size and clarity, gaming needs, etc. I currently have a 43" and wanted something similar. She showed the LG 42", which I liked but she also showed me Samsung, etc., for reference. I picked the LG. She also asked if I needed a sound bar or anything else, which I didn't. At the register she asked if I needed delivery and set-up, which I did. She was very, very helpful.
Luis Pacheco 2 weeks agoMy laptop was recently serviced, during which a new hard drive was installed. Unfortunately, after only three uses, the drive malfunctioned, causing the laptop to freeze. Upon returning the device, I was informed that an additional payment would be required for a replacement hard drive. Despite having an active annual warranty, the company insists on this payment due to a delay in retrieving the laptop from the service center. I am deeply dissatisfied with this experience, and it has significantly impacted my perception of your service. As a long-standing customer who has purchased numerous appliances from your company, I am particularly disappointed with the service provided by your "gig squad.".
Cammy Joy a month agoI am writing to formally complain about a very stressful and upsetting experience my sisters and I had at your store. We purchased a TV along with a 5-year warranty. After your staff helped us place the TV in our car, we brought it upstairs, unboxed it, and immediately noticed a crack. The TV would not turn on. Because of this, we returned to the store right away to explain the issue and request assistance. Unfortunately, the way we were treated was completely unacceptable. The employee who assisted us was extremely rude and insinuated that we stole the TV. She also insinuated that we had damaged it ourselves. We attempted to show her our receipt, but she refused to even look at it. The interaction was humiliating and made us feel disrespected and unfairly judged. To make matters worse, a manager came over and also insinuated that it looked like we had punctured the TV. Based on the accusatory tone and disrespectful treatment we received, we cannot ignore the possibility that racial bias have played a role in how we were treated. We purchased the TV in good faith, and we expected basic professionalism and customer service when reporting that it was damaged upon opening. Instead, we were met with accusations, hostility, and a refusal to properly review our proof of purchase. We would like this matter addressed seriously. At a minimum, we are requesting: A full review of this incident, a response regarding the behavior of the employee and manager involved and assurance that customers will be treated with respect and fairness in the future I hope this issue can be resolved promptly and professionally.
