I would strongly recommend not buying high-value electronics from Best Buy. DON'T DO IT. I purchased an mirrorless camera, initiated a return through Best Buy’s own return process, and the return shipment failed inside the Best Buy/FedEx logistics chain. The package did not reach Best Buy’s warehouse and after a lot of effort directly working with my local store, it was eventually routed back to me instead of the store. The item is still unopened. I was not asking for a refund without returning it. I was trying to give Best Buy back the unopened product through a documented return path. Best Buy has made that absurdly difficult. The store could not help. Customer service gave contradictory instructions: work with FedEx, contact law enforcement despite no theft or missing item, wait for a "prearranged" pickup that never happened, then accept that an unexplained account flag prevented further action. Corporate support added only polished non-answers: vague “investigation” language, no evidence list, no explanation of what was reviewed, no accountable decision-maker, and no practical resolution. This should be simple: accept the unopened item, document the return, process the refund. Instead, Best Buy has turned a failed return workflow into the customer’s liability. My takeaway is blunt: do not buy expensive cameras, laptops, appliances, or other high-value electronics from Best Buy if you expect competent post-sale support. Their price-competitiveness is also quite poor nowadays but more importantly, once the script breaks, their process becomes opaque, rigid, and extremely hostile, wrapped in hollow corporate empathy.

Fantastic Service & Zero Hassle! I recently visited this Best Buy location and had a genuinely fantastic experience. The staff was super helpful and knowledgeable, making it easy to find exactly what I needed without any pressure. What truly impressed me was the checkout process—it was incredibly efficient. The lines were very quick with virtually no wait! It was easily the fastest checkout I've had at an electronics store. Finally, parking here is a breeze, which is a huge plus. They offer plenty of paid parking on the street right outside, or you can opt for the free indoor parking in the building's garage. Highly recommend this location for great customer service and convenience!

Came in for a simple phone case and ended up staring at the wall of options like it was an art exhibit. They had everything. A couple of employees checked in on me — either to help or to make sure I wasn’t about to sprint out the door with half the aisle. Hard to tell, but they were nice about it. Found what I needed, and checkout was fast. Solid experience.

I decided to splurge on a big TV purchase with surround sound and I could not have had better help. Will spent a lot of time working to set me up with everything I’d need, explaining why, and even helped bundle things to save me money. I was very pleased with the interaction. The next day I saw the TV on sale for a significantly cheaper price and went on to see if I could get a price match which Bien, another manager at the store, helped me do. He was so helpful and I am still surprised that both my interactions here were as good as they could be. I will be shopping here for everything I want that they sell going forward.

Had a phenomenal experience with Ruben the other day. When we were at checkout, Ruben asked me if I had purchased a micro-sd card for the camera I was purchasing. Because I had assumed one was included in the device package he saved me a huge headache having to go to the store again to get one. As we headed to get the SD cards he also recommended the adapters so I could seamlessly connect to my computer. As a former Director of Front End for a major retailer, It sticks out to me when an associate is operating via best practices. Ruben conducted the most natural and intuitive upsell that I’ve seen in a long time. In doing so, he saved me a ton of time on the backend and also helped me feel more confident in my purchase. This was my first experience at this Best Buy and because of my experience with Ruben and the readily available product, I will definitely be back. Thank you for phenomenal customer service!
