Walked in to Best Buy l, we had two TV options . Walked out happy and confident thanks to Jason and Donald. You need a team to explain technology and performance both are your guys. Both are patient, knowledgeable the most that caught my attention that they worked together as a team to help us THE CUSTOMER Best customer service, especially when you explain the Item, price, the breakdown and the service date. Thank you, Jason and Donald, I guarantee that you both have a bright future

Had a great experience at Best Buy. I came looking for some headphones from my iPhone. I was able to find them. The cashier was very friendly and kind. Now I can make some calls from my phone and have a good conversations with my customers.

Just had another great experience at Downey Best Buy. Their staff is top notch. Super knowledgeable and are always patient. Wouldn't go any place else for my appliance needs. Did I mention their selection? Something for everyone. Would definitely recommend.

Didn’t want to take a return because the “serial numbers didn’t match”. The same serial number was on the product, box, and receipt. Geek squad manager just didn’t want the store to take the hit for the return. Asked where it shows on the return policy where they can refuse a valid return. Shooed me away. Worst experience at a Best Buy location.

03/30 850pm thank you very much to the young lady who helped with my purchase at the customer service desk. I originally arrived at 8:30 pm and got no help from some kid who was bothered after I insisted I didn't want their besbtbuy membership service. I almost left until I decided to speak to the young lady at CS desk. Thank you very much for the help
