Clean organized, very friendly staff. I went in looking to buy a micro SD card and the prices were just not a "Best Buy". Sadly there was a major lack of selection as well. But thats not the lovely staff's fault.

Best buy top tier member for 9 years. First ever return. Damaged cell under warranty. Bought another one but not in store. Delivered missing accessories. Start of a two week escapade. Learned how to handle returns and exchanges for next time .

Its 50/50. Some reps are very friendly and helpful and some dont really care. Tip: never order anything from bestbuy and have it delivered to your home. I ordered the oura ring. The day of the delivery the doordash driver cancelled the delivery and sent the package back to the warehouse. Another doordash driver delivered the next day. the package was huge for such a small item. initially i thought it was probably a wrong package but it had my name on it. When i opened the oura package it was empty, no oura ring inside. I rushed to the store and let them know what happened. they couldnt do anything and was advised to call customer service instead. Thankfully they did replace the oura ring.

My experience at Customer service it was great it actually exceeded my expectations. I want to give a shout out to Brandon Jones for not only his friendly customer service skills but always with a smile on his face and positive attitude 😀 and he went out of his way to help us.
