I had to do an emergency order for a laptop as my son knocked over mine and the screen broke. I was able to get help thru Progressive, order my laptop and pick it up within an hour. Quick, painless and now back on track.

Purchased a $25 screen protector after being told there is a warranty on it if cracked or broken. It broke several months ago so I removed it with intentions to bring it in. Long story short I passed by a store and decided to come ask for the replacement. I’m being told it cannot be replaced as I cannot provide the original broken one. I was not told this information at the time of purchase. I would never have purchased such a pricey screen saver if the warranty couldn’t be honored. I’m highly upset and suggest the workers at this location be trained to offer full transparency.

i came in about 10 minutes before close to buy a mouse. i was worried they would be mad i came right before closing, but all 3 employees i spoke with were still very helpful and did not seem bothered at all. i was still out of the store at right about closing time, but i didn’t feel rushed at all. great customer service.

I found a really good deal on a TV online, a Sony Bravia 8 Mark 2, it said you guys had one in stock, so I drove 45 minutes to go and grab it, but turns out it was an inventory error. No one was working at TV’s and I literally had to circle the store twice just to find someone to help. I finally did and I do want to shout out hunter, he was super cool, and helped a lot, but I do think this needs to be managed better in terms of timely assistance and also inventory management so you don’t have this issue pop up again. I just wish I knew it was a inventory error before driving out there, and I wish you guys caught it sooner as hunter told me you guys hadn’t cleared it since November, so it showed one in stock for over 3 months when you guys didn’t have one. I still love beat buy and whole heartedly want you guys to succeed, but I do think these issues are ones that need to focused on to enhance the customer experience, and make it a good experience and not a bad one.

Geek squad techs Dylan and Ayden was phenomenal with quick customer Service. I showed up 25 minutes early before my Scheduled appointment, And they were nice enough to just not let me wait and take me in right away. I’m a part-time streamer on Twitch so having my PC is very important to me. I thought I was gonna have to leave my PC overnight and they said “you know what we’re gonna take care of that for you right away. Give us about 20 minutes.”. I’m getting a CPU installed. And I just wanted to say I’m so gratefully appreciative how quick and fast they work. Also the professional Work ethics they have, Which is rarely hard to find nowadays. I definitely recommend this place and if the manager should ever see this review, you should give them some kind of praise gratitude, or even a bonus. Thanks guys. I’ll be back again.
