One amazing looking best buy. Some would say the best looking best buy. Way better than the ones in Dallas county. Things aren't locked up. There is way more trust. I love it.

Avoid for simple iPhone repairs! Update: they also stole my sim tray! Absolutely wild service. I was directed to come here from apple support for a battery replacement. Not only was I quoted two hours for a 30 minute repair, with an appointment, but when I showed up to pick up my phone I was informed they couldn’t complete it because they couldn’t get the screen off. (The main step in battery replacement mind you). The also broke my screen protector. Go to an Apple Store even if it’s further, this place cannot perform simple Apple repairs.

BestBuy remains a great brick and mortar store but had become a solid online opinion. When I need an emergency PC part, quick laptop purchase, or other consumer electronics product there just up the street and can quickly backfill from other nearby stores. We've enjoyed the years points for years as well. They've usually got what I need at a competitive price with quick delivery.

The employees were very knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant. I tried to buy a $500 Steam Card. I was only allowed to by 10 $30 cards. A little disappointing, but I understand. I would definitely recommend this store.

Best Buy has given me some disappointing service in the past, and because of that I refuse to purchase from them online again. However, I have to say — the in-store customer service at this location completely restored my faith. We went in to replace a TV that had stopped working. It was for our bedroom, so we weren’t looking to spend a fortune — just something reliable and solid. As we approached the TV section, a very kind gentleman immediately greeted us and asked if we had any questions. I did. In the past, I’ve purchased higher-end models, but this time I wanted something more middle-of-the-road. I’ve always trusted Samsung and LG because they’ve consistently produced quality televisions over the years. Without hesitation, he knew exactly what to show us and offered a couple of excellent options within that range. He demonstrated how each TV worked, clearly explained the differences, answered every question with patience, and handled the delivery setup, making the entire order completely seamless. The process was smooth, efficient, and far easier than I expected — something that would not have been possible without his help. I truly wish I had caught his name because he deserves recognition. I’m hopeful that this review and the receipt information will ensure he receives the credit he has absolutely earned.
