Love this place !! Bought a $1200 dollar washer for $599 . Only had a small dent , thank you Lord for the small dent!! Have bought numerous things from here if your ok with a scratch or dent , they will never be seen this is definitely a place to go!!!

I had a great experience at the Best Buy Outlet. We were under a time crunch during a move and needed a working refrigerator that still looked good at a discount. We ended up finding a nearly perfect unit at 50% off retail—the only issues were minor cosmetic flaws (a broken trim piece on the bottom and small side dents), which were clearly disclosed and didn’t affect performance. Iesha was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. She took the time to explain the process, answer our questions, and help us understand all available options, which made the purchase smooth and stress-free during a hectic move. If you’re open to outlet or open-box appliances, this location is a great place to find real value with helpful staff.

Extremely disappointing experience. My boyfriend purchased a Samsung TV from the Best Buy Outlet and was told they do not offer delivery, so he arranged for someone to help him pick it up. When he received the TV, it came with Sony accessories and had a noticeable streak on the screen. We decided to return it, but that’s when things got even worse. After several trips to the store just trying to speak with someone, he finally found out he had been given someone else’s TV. His actual TV was still sitting at the store with his name on it. Since this was clearly their mistake, they scheduled a pickup for the incorrect TV. When the pickup team arrived, they refused to take it because it was “the wrong TV in the wrong box.” That made no sense because that’s exactly how the store gave it to him. They even said he could be charged for it, which was completely unreasonable considering the error was theirs. He had to go back to the store yet again. They then scheduled both a pickup and delivery at the same time, but only sent one person to handle two 85-inch TVs. My boyfriend had to help move them himself. This entire situation took over a week to fix and caused unnecessary stress. What should have been a simple purchase turned into a frustrating and exhausting experience. We will not be purchasing from this outlet again.

This outlet store offers an extensive selection of appliances, including ovens, refrigerators, washing machines, and dryers. In addition to these larger items, they also carry smaller electronics like monitors, vacuum cleaners, and laptops. The sheer variety of products available is impressive. Pricing is somewhat inconsistent; while some items are genuinely a bargain, others are only slightly discounted compared to new products. As the Romans used to say, "caveat emptor" – let the buyer beware. It's important to carefully compare prices before making a purchase. Despite the variable pricing, the employees were invariably helpful and attentive. We were assisted by several staff members who went out of their way to make our experience more pleasant. They allowed us to thoroughly examine and test items, and were even happy to open boxes for us. This level of customer service was a welcome change. Even the return experience was noticeably better than in other stores we've visited. This made us feel more confident in our purchases, knowing that returns would be handled smoothly. Overall, this outlet offers a wide range of products with some good deals to be found, but it's important to be a discerning shopper. The exceptional customer service, both during the buying process and with returns, is a definite strength of this establishment. As ordinary consumers, we are not paid or compensated in any way for this review. We are always looking for reliable and transparent businesses and hope the owner will take this feedback into consideration.

5/27/26: Drove an hour to this location and borrowed a truck just to pick up a TV advertised as “Open Box - Like New,” only for it to be completely busted. The box was damaged and barely holding together, and they refused to let us inspect the TV before loading it into the truck. They simply said we had 14 days to return it if there was an issue. Now we have to make another long drive to Burleson just to try to return it. Very frustrating and disappointing experience. UPDATE 5/28/26: I went back to the Arlington location to attempt a return, and I genuinely cannot say enough good things about the store manager, Ashley. She completely turned around what had been an extremely stressful and frustrating situation. From the moment we spoke with her, she was patient, compassionate, professional, and incredibly understanding. You can tell she truly cares about her customers and takes pride in doing the right thing. Ashley made the entire return process smooth, easy, and stress-free. She didn’t dismiss our concerns or make us feel like an inconvenience. Instead, she listened, reassured us, and handled everything with kindness and professionalism. She even said she would personally look into the situation with the open-box inspection process to help improve the customer experience moving forward, which honestly meant a lot. Managers like Ashley are rare. She is exactly the type of person who should be leading a team because she knows how to de-escalate a stressful situation while still making customers feel heard, valued, and respected. The rest of the staff was very kind and helpful as well, but Ashley truly stood out and made a lasting impression. Because of her, I would absolutely do business with this location again. Best Buy needs more managers like Ashley.
