The only reason I am giving this two stars is Best Buy has made the decision to take personal service out of the equation, assumingly to keep prices low. Try calling them and you will get a very ineffective chatbot instead of a live person. Go to the store and the staffing levels pathetic. Gone are the days where the staff are actually knowledgeable. Do your research online and purchase online as inventory levels have been low since the pandemic. Their prices are competitive but service is non existent.

When you walk in your greeted. The lady was so nice and pleasant. I got serviced fast. The young lady in the computer section was so helpful. I enjoyed my experience here. I’m happy with my purchase.

We purchased a 75 inch Samsung smart TV. The price was a steal. My mom got a laptop which was on sale too. The first guy seemed irritated by us. He disappeared after that. After that a very very nice lady helped us. She was extremely informative with helping my mom make her choice. I would of rated 5 stars but I didn't like how the guy was. I personally am in customer service. That is not the way to do it.

Really id give it 0 stars I had bought something online from Best Buy and they selected roadie to deliver my stuff the roadie driver ended up stealing my stuff and I went to the store one of the managers said I had to go to roadie to get my money back which makes zero sense because I didn’t pay roadie and when you lose something through fedex or ups you don’t get your money back from them you get it from the place you bought it from I think the guy was just lazy and didn’t feel like going through the process of actually trying to help and tried to pass it off to roadie I always used to work for Home Depot and we made returns all the time despite it being delivered by roadie zero stars they try to keep your money go to the south Philadelphia one if you have to or shop somewhere else

Girl at customer service is just always rude. I’ve caught her in a lie twice now. She refuses to help and makes her own rules when it comes to certain products. She straight out told me she’s not allowed to do online orders which I know is a lie. First time I dealt with her she just refused to do an online order for me. Said she’s not going to order anything for me. I thought maybe she was just having a bad day. Then she apologized and ordered what I asked for. Yet everytime I deal with her she has an attitude. Red head girl. I don’t know what her deal is. I get hesitant to even go to the customer service area when I see her there. She’s just makes it uncomfortable. There’s just better ways to talk to people. I work in customer service. We’re trained to greet people and just come off respectful and open. Easy to talk to. Besides the person who greets you at the door once you get I. It’s arms crossed attitude like don’t approach me.
