Great experience today with David Baugh at the Crabtree location. David was knowledgeable, patient and "went the extra mile"! Over the years, I have found the support personnel at the Crabtree store are more eager to help than the employees at the Cary (my neighborhood) and other locations! Today, David again confirmed my belief!

I tried to buy a pair of open box headphones. They refused to honor the open box price. They tried to charge me the same cost as a new set of headphones which was $140 more. The manager kept telling me that they could not adjust the price in the system. No one at the store was willing to help on this matter. I reported the matter to Best Buy and only offered me a $25 discount on the headphones. I am so disappointed in Best Buy that I will take my business to another company or will buy it on line.

Best location hands down. Customer service EXCELLENT. Shout out to Egdhar ( sorry if spelled wrong) who helped me find my Samsung ring at a great price. He was kind, Thoughtful and encouraging. I was there on 3/23/26 between 12:30pm and 130 pm and it was clean and organized. Im making this my store even though I live 30 minutes away. Thank you to the woman who greeted me with grace and a smile!! Very happy with purchase.

Every worker at this location seems to be extremely helpful. Mind you, I came to the location around 11 AM to pick up a USB iPhone charger and another charger for my MacBook. I received my USB iPhone charger, but decided to leave because they had a shortage of workers. I’ll probably return to this location again to pick up the rest, but bravo Best Buy.

Five stars all the way! I showed up right as they opened and it already looked packed, definitely holiday rush mode. Even with the chaos, the first associate I talked to was on it. They grabbed the item I needed from the locked case and later even checked me out, all with great attitude and professionalism. It’s rare to get fast, friendly service during a hectic time, but they nailed it. Huge shout-out to the team!The holidays are here and they’re handling it like pros! 🎄🛍️👏
