Our best experience in years happened here at this store a couple of days ago: looking at then actively shopping for handsets, getting excellent advice (from our excellent salesperson, himselfan industry vet), and then enjoying the salesperson's flawless setup and transfers for both new phones. I talked with the store the manager about the store and his/their focus and efforts. It's then obvious that our positive experience is no accident. Next: how about those basic B&W laser printers to compliment a very good inkjet? A Chromebook Plus to join our crew?

This store is a big dust bowl. Dust everywhere. All the displays are covered. The floor is nasty. Clean your store! And keep more items in stock. They did not have the laptop in-stock that we wanted.

Went to grab some Shokz headphones and have them Price match them to B&H which at the time of writing this is listed on Bestbuy.com as a qualified vendor. The store manager was incredibly rude and refused to even check saying he will not price match them because they aren't local (But they will match Amazon Mind you) I ended up leaving and contacting customer service who did not understand why i was told no and Refunded me the difference. Incredibly disappointed with how that manager handled this. I shop at BB to avoid shopping Amazon but this will make me think twice in the future

Went to this store ready to buy a camera($4k), spent over 30 minutes waiting to get help. Asked twice if anyone could help out, was told They would send someone over yet no one ever showed up. There was barely any customers in the store and lots of employees walking around. Even tried calling to speak with a manager but the Virtual assistant puts you on hold and no one ever picked up. Very disappointed in their customer service.

Stereo installer helped me out after the other Best Buy installer at the other place in Albuquerque forgot to install an antenna for my satellite radio to be able to pick up a signal. Was very efficient and friendly. Wouldn't have been as big of a deal except that I live 3 1/2 hours away so it required 2 trips to get my stereo installed.
