I had an excellent experience with Stephanie in the ABQ Hotel Circle location. She patiently listened to what I was looking for in a washer/dryer, helped explain the features of different brands, helping me with my decision. Ultimately, BB did not have the dryer in stock that I wanted so I only bought the washer. Stephanie helped by providing a very good price. I recommend her highly.

Had to wait about 15 minutes for help, others got helped before us. Asked a few associates for help in Apple products, was told only 1 person available. Finally a manager came by and after that the process was great. It seemed like the employees I asked were to busy in their own conversations to help us.

I bought an open box laptop from there for $450 because the open box came with the wrong charger and it had packaging tape residue on the front outside. I think they sold it to me for that cheap because it kind of took him awhile to find the right charger but they eventually ended up just giving me a multi-charger kit Brand new. I also bought the mouse. The manager was excellent and really went the extra mile to help me out which I appreciated. Good store. Great people.
