I'll try to not go back. The first employee who spoke to me passed me off when I mentioned i wanted an Xbox controller battery. Of those two people, one lead me to the "Xbox controller" area and pointed as he passed. I had a couple of questions but I'm pleased to report i came to a conclusion without employee assistance. I then proceeded to the front door to pay. After a few minutes of standing in front of a couple of unmanned computer terminals, I looked around and saw a sign that read "checkout" at the back of the store. (Fortunately, it is a relatively small store.) There was one customer ahead of me who was getting checked out. The employee called for assistance over the intercom, but nobody.else came back to help. It wasn't an obnoxiously long wait, but it was long enough for me to think of a retort for when the employee apologized for the wait. The employee actually did not. However, if you're interested, my reply would have been: "That's okay, I'm not doing anything today. But if ever I'm in a hurry, I now know not to come here."

They didn't have the product I came in for, but I could order it! But I also could get it off Amazon, cheaper and more quickly. I decided to get a PS5 controller and charging dock, but when I went to the register there was no one to check me out. I left empty-handed because there wasn't stock to fit my needs and the items I was going to get there wasn't staff to fit my needs.

Do not come to Best Buy. I’ve had a terrible experience. Bought a tv so I thought. At two day delivery turned into two weeks. I gave up and cancelled. I believe they never had TV in stock. Then had to deal with their credit card bank Citi. They force you into an automated system that I fought 20 minutes to get through to talk to a live person. Finally when automated let me through to a person he was rude and cocky. Citi won’t refund the purchase of a product I never received for nearly two weeks. There was NO customer service any time trying to deal with these issues.

I was looking to replace my win 10 laptop on Black Friday. The staff were available, knowledgeable, and not TOO pushy. The check out process was a nightmare getting the Black Friday price to show on the register. The clerk deserves points for persistence, but I can't excuse the glitch on such a busy day.

I didn't catch the young man in training, or the young woman that helped me out, but I have the Best Buy Total Rewards and went in because my Zagg glass was cracked and they swapped it out and put the new one on perfectly in minutes. I couldn't ask for a better customer service experience. They are all very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful!
