Sam on the sales floor, and Ty in the Geek Squad were very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to get my broken phone swaped out for a new one under my protection plan. Then, they helped me learn about the features on my phone that I was unaware of and helped set it up to my preferences. I couldn't be more satisfied. If you are going to the Geek Squad, I do recommend a reservation. It's the best, Best Buy I've ever been to.

I really like the service every single time I come here. The staff is always helpful, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile to help me find what I need. Even when no other store has what I’m looking for, Best Buy usually does. It’s consistently my go-to because I know I’ll get good service and leave satisfied every time.

Man this place was awesome. My wife and I were looking for washers and dryers. We were going to settle with Lowe's because the prices were more here and the guy Pat told us they will beat their price. And boy did he. Great service, if he gets commission he definitely deserved it.

Absolutely horrible. Went in just needing a part for my phone that the web page said was in stock, and the lady wouldn't shut up about a new phone after I said repeatedly that mine was fine and I didn't want or need a new one. Finally I just left. Waste of time.

Had some questions about a new car stereo, the guy in the installation bay was incredibly helpful..5 stars for him!! The store itself has been greatly reduced ..but I didn't really spend much time in the rest of the store. The store was clean and there were people to help.
