This is where I purchase most of my electronics when I'm buying in-store rather than online, and I've consistently had good experiences here. Most recently, I purchased an ultrawide gaming monitor. Unfortunately, the screen ended up breaking due to circumstances that were completely outside of the store's control. Thanks to my membership benefits, the replacement process was incredibly easy. The staff quickly verified everything and I was able to walk out with an identical replacement the very same day, which was a huge relief. One thing I consistently appreciate about this location is the customer service. I'm always greeted by friendly employees when I walk through the door, and the staff are knowledgeable, helpful, and readily available when I have questions. The checkout and exit process is handled very well too. They clearly do their due diligence in verifying purchases, and I've even been stopped before when they couldn't visually confirm an item. However, it's always been done politely, professionally, and often with friendly small talk that makes the interaction feel welcoming rather than stressful. Overall, this location does a great job balancing customer service, security, and convenience. The staff are personable, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful, which keeps me coming back whenever I need electronics or tech-related purchases.

The store has all of your needs for your electronic devices. I highly recommend becoming a total Tech member the price is reasonable, I believe the price is $145 to $185 for one year. Majority of the customer service Representatives extremely knowledgeable in the area that they're working in. If they're not they will point you in the right direction. Thank you Geek Squad for my desktop it has lasted over 8 years with small upgrades.

Just talked to Sean, who guided me through the various brands and types of tvs and differences between them. We also discussed the various tv mounts, installation, and protection plans, payment options, etc. He answered all my questions, even some I didn't know I had. He exemplifies all the aspects of superior customer service, which you don't see very often anymore and you can tell he has a passion for what he does. When I return to make the purchase, I will go through him. Thank you so much Sean!

Used to be my go to store. Now, probably never again. Went in to buy the new Moto G Stylus 2026. On the app it said it was available in store. I wanted to check it out in person before buying. Knew exactly what I wanted. Went in, asked the cell department if they had it. I was met with "I don't know, I just work with this specific brand.... And there's no one around..." "So there's NO ONE I can ask if this Motorola is in stock??" "Ask a blue shirt." So I find an employee with a blue shirt. Politely explained the situation. "Talk to the mobile department." I say AGAIN they told me to find someone with a blue shirt because they have no idea. Very rudely stated "Well I'm busy. So." And waved towards the mobile station for me to wait.... Ok... So I go wait over there for her, as though very short- it seemed like she was implying she was going to help. So I watch her stand around. Help OTHER people that approach her. And her mosey her way back to where she was standing when she was done. Avoiding at all costs looking in my direction... And I'm just....waiting. It got to the point, it was clear NO ONE wanted to help. This was SUPPOSED to be a quick in and out. I just said forget it and left. Bought it directly from Motorola instead. Will be avoiding this location in the future.

I was greeted at the door and was sent someone to help me before I even got to the TV department. They didn't have what I was looking for, but the associate thought they would in the computer area. He walked me over and told a computer associate what I needed. The nice computer associate helped me find a monitor that would fill my need. While he was getting the monitor, another associate asked if he could help me. This was the complete opposite of my experience at the other Best Buy store in town, where no one even acknowledged me the entire time I was there before I came to the Town Center one.
