Eve Franck a month agoI have always purchased all my appliances at Best Buy. They always help me with free installation. I bought a refrigerator for my mother at Best Buy. The product page of this refrigerator at Best Buy also shows free delivery and free installation. But this time, two delivery workers refused to install it for my mother. My Mom ask them help open the box.They even wouldn't want to open the package. My mother is 70 years old. In the end, she had to open the refrigerator by herself. She told me she was very tired. She already had high blood pressure. This caused her blood pressure to be very unstable today. I have camera videos record as evidence. If the webpage of Best Buy claims to provide free delivery and free installation, but doesn't do so, this is an illegal act of cheating customers. I can sue Best Buy in court. I need Best Buy to give me a reasonable response to this matter. This makes me very angry. An untrustworthy company will not be protected by God. Below are my purchase and delivery information: Best Buy: Our service partner from Pilot Freight Services has been assigned to your appointment on 6/1. Your arrival window is 11:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Make sure to complete all your prep now and track your status
Олег 1131 3 weeks agoBest buy scammers I had one of the worst customer service experiences with Best Buy. On May 18, 2026, I paid $1,920 for my order. Instead of receiving what I purchased, Best Buy sent me the wrong item. Following their instructions, I returned the incorrect item to the store immediately. Since then, I have been getting the runaround. Almost every day I was told to come back and pick up my order, only to arrive and find that the item was not available. Customer service repeatedly gave me different answers and no real solution. After continuously calling, visiting the store, and practically begging for an update, I was finally told that everything would be resolved by June 12. When I arrived on June 12, I was informed that my order had been canceled. I was then told to come back the next day. I did, and once again there was no product and no resolution. At this point, Best Buy has held my $1,920 for weeks without providing the product I paid for and without issuing a refund. The lack of communication, accountability, and respect for customers has been extremely frustrating and stressful. I am now considering legal action. No customer should have to spend weeks chasing a company for either the product they paid for or a refund of their own money. Very disappointed with this experience. Unfortunately, most of the employees I dealt with appeared to be poorly trained and unable to resolve even basic customer service issues. Every visit resulted in a different answer, and nobody seemed willing to take ownership of the problem or make any effort to help. I spent countless hours following instructions given by store employees, only to discover that the information was incorrect. It felt like no one cared about finding a solution or respecting a customer’s time. A company should invest in properly training its staff and empowering them to help customers. Based on my experience, many employees were simply unable or unwilling to provide meaningful assistance, which made an already frustrating situation much worse.
Camila R 4 months agoI had a very disappointing experience at the Natomas Best Buy with a manager named Christina. I came in to ask a simple question about price matching and was not given a clear answer. Throughout the conversation, her tone and facial expressions were rude and dismissive. When I told her I felt she was being rude and asked for her name and who her supervisor was, she responded that she was the manager and told me to “call corporate.” I told her I planned to, and that I would also be returning my product. At that point, she shouted “get the hell out of my store” and continued yelling while following me toward the registers. I never raised my voice and walked away from the interaction, but she continued to escalate the situation and ultimately called the police while I was attempting to return my item and leave peacefully. This was extremely unprofessional and unnecessary. I expect better behavior from management at a national retailer.

However once i needed the protection to help my situation i was told it was not covered what a waste of money and time. Im definitely taking my business elsewhere.
Anonymous mask. 7 months agoI’m extremely disappointed with the experience I had with Christina at Best Buy. Her behavior was unprofessional from the moment the interaction began. She was dismissive, rude, and showed zero interest in providing even basic customer service. At no point did she demonstrate patience, respect, or willingness to help. What concerned me even more were comments and tones that came off as biased and discriminatory. No customer should ever feel uncomfortable, disrespected, or singled out in any way while trying to make a purchase or ask a simple question. This is absolutely not the level of service I expect from Best Buy. I hope management addresses this seriously and provides proper training so no other customer has to go through this type of experience.
