Josiah is outstanding! His calm and very professional demeanor went a long way as he helped me through my phone issues. He gave thorough recommendations and helped me understand what I needed to do. Customer Service isn't lost on him. Best Buy is lucky to have him on staff.

Let me preface this review first with, I have purchased many electronics previously from this exact location since it opened. I like that they switched to a no commission based sales model years ago and why I shop here. This most recent purchase of a laptop had less than stellar service experience and left much to be desired. I was upsold for an upgraded computer model, a credit card, and membership without real explanations other than I was getting a deal. The manager Raymond called me within a day without hesitation when I sent in my follow-up feedback response. He assured me this is not the type of business he runs and nor appropriate behavior of his associates. He went above and beyond and proved that this location strives for the highest integrity. They truly value the customers that take the time to shop in person in a world of online sales. He had Angel assist me in correcting the sales reps misstep, who wasn't even this locations employee but a fill in a from another store and just assisting for a day. Angel was also top notch. I will continue to refer people to this location as well as Best Buy based on how this situation was rectified leaving me feeling good as I walked away this time as I have in all previous interactions before this.

Best buy was AWESOME ! They got my new TV here quickly, within 24 hrs. ! The price was perfect. My only concern was that the delivery person just left it outside my door without notification of it's arrival. I'm surprised it wasn't stolen.

had a really bad experience at Best Buy a couple days ago. The customer service was terrible and the employees were very rude and unhelpful. When I first came in to buy a microwave, a young employee named David (a guy with long hair and glasses) told me that my order would be ready for pickup in 2 days. I made it clear that I needed the microwave as soon as possible, and he still told me it would be ready in that time. After waiting the 2 days, I came back to pick it up and suddenly they told me it would actually take another 2 weeks. That is completely different from what we were promised. If we knew it would take that long, we wouldn’t have bought it there in the first place. The manager, Marcie (I think that was her name), was also not helpful at all and had a rude attitude. She didn’t try to fix the situation or offer any solution. Honestly, we’re not even sure if she gave us the correct name. Overall, very disappointing experience. Poor customer service, employees giving false information, and management that doesn’t seem to care about helping customers.

Best Buy is usually my favorite electronic store when I'm shopping for computer-related items or cameras and lenses. They have good surround sound equipment in there too. However, the store is not like what it used to be. It looks like many different stores inside one big store, and they're not related to each other now! I don't have the feeling as I'm shopping in one store anymore!
