I've had five star and three star service here. On the service plus side, I've never had to search for an attendant in the main party of the store. Someone always found me to ask if I needed any assistance. I've had some employees offer very knowledgeable assistance. On the downside, some employees don't seem to know what they sell, or know anything about their products, referring you to a person who works at the store, but isn't there that day. Also, if you go to Best Buy looking for solitude, head to the Magnolia corner. It's dark, poorly stocked, and looks abandoned. That part the electronics market must be dead. Add to that the camera section. Shoppers here probably are buying high-end cameras online or at specialty shops. Still, Best Buy used to cater better to us DSLR folks. Anyway, I did find what I wanted and the price was no better nor worse than anywhere else. I appreciate the availability. I can't say that that phrase "best buy" means much, though. However, I was offered a 15% off coupon for turning in a router. So that's good.

I've been a big Best Buy shopper for most my life and today I was treated like the worst criminal they have come across. My for the Best buy trip was to return two laptops with .e being in the market obviously for a new system. I will note these were gifts from my amazing mom purchased with her card. The transaction was fine no problems they were ready to give me or "mom" her money back for the difference on her card. As the transaction was ready to close out and take my merchandise, it occurred to me I had a question in the home theater department so the customer service guy was cool with me going to conduct my business. 10 -20 minutes later a badass wanna be Cop armed with a bullet proof vest strapped on and two other bigger best buy employees literally power walking me out the store without yes without giving me my returns at bare minimum. I said I want my returns at least wanna cop guy who failed to become an office and who knows maybe aroused at the "action" transpiiring power walking me out the store with customers like me staring at me. I have mental health conditions that are severe to the point im considered disabled by Social Security Administration.. I dont fight for one I dont give resistance because I dont look for any problems I live my life or what left of it minding my own business and it took three large workers to exit me out of the store not giving back my merchandise I brought in fir return. I wish knew what to do in legal terms because I was terrified, in shock I had no idea what I had done. Then the heck guard said talk to corporate if you want your items back. Thatz it I walked to my car in panicking no medication on me to help yes crying out of fear and completely lost. I sat in my car for 20 minutes af6er calling my mom to help calm me down and she should have to do that at her age with an adult with mental health disorders. We called the bank they said no we didnt trigger a fraud possibility on her card. So I sit here now scared to death like I accidentally hurt someone physically or whatever. My mom out 3500 dollars in laptops on her card. I want to make it know one more time I was a huge supporter of best buy for specific merchandise. Im a paid member and I have a best buy card also. This is what we live in today, can't go to a brick and mortar store without being flagged as a suspicious person criminal guy. I dont know whay to do they have my computers and I spend a decent amout of money at this place. Stay away from the east side Broadway best buy store location, shoot all the best buys if you are a truly honest person poses no threat to anything. The selection of cases for the new or any "Google Pixel" phones is almost non existent & lack of 3d print filament is disappointing but I suppose these are fairly "niche" items because it's not an Iphone. The return process was quick and seemless so it still gets 4 stars. Employees were available and helpful, as far as Best Buy's are concerned it's a good one for sure!

I love they have open/box very good price. I've bought my laptop my printer also my 75' tv and a few other things. But they have great customer service. The only thing I really don't like is they have a 15 day return policy unless you pay 50 a month for some kind of membership
