Would give a zero if I could. Score is based on the Geek Squad. AVOID USING THEIR SERVICES TO MOUNT TVs. Couldn’t even get 1 out of 2 correct. One is too far right, one is too far left and WAY too low. Poor communication. Poor skills. Poor everything. I spent an hour on the phone with the rep after they left to figure out how to get it right, the next day I had to go down to the physical store again to figure out how to get this corrected. A manager never even bothered to call me back. I scheduled alternate techs to come out to correct the botched jobs, they initially tried to have the same guys come out to my astonishment which clearly I declined. The guys that did come out were amazing and the only saving grace of this entire experience. Granted the techs were also being borrowed for two weeks from California which means they won’t be the normal “pros” coming into your home. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

This employee needs to be talked to. I don’t know if she’s a manager but I believe her name is Malaine or something. I went to purchase Pokemon cards and they had mini tins. Each mini tin has a different design so I asked which designs they had. Mind you, there was ONLY TWO left. She huffed under breath in an irritated tone saying “I’m not playing this game”. Like excuse me??? It is YOUR JOB to help customers. If something as simple as checking the artwork design of a product to inform the customer of their available options is that hard for you to do, then get a new job. I’ll be reporting to corporate.

Went to this location in person and asked about cell phone signal boosters. The guy at the front looked and sounded confused but told me they didn't have any. Later, online I was looking up places near me that carried cell phone signal boosters and this location came up again. I called, and had to speak with AI, which felt like a circus and took a long time. Then I finally was passed on to an actual person who told me that they did carry two different cell phone signal boosters and had them in stock. I asked him if he was at the actual location I called and he said no, but that I could call the number back and select #2711 to speak with someone at that actual location to be sure. I did this and was greeted with a voice messaging service. I left a message. No one ever called me back. I tried again later with the same exact result. Frustrating all the way around.

Best Buy would not allow me to use a shopping cart to take a large item out to my car. I’d recommend ordering from Amazon instead. Most items are delivered overnight directly to your door, which is much more convenient than driving to the store and carrying heavy items yourself.

I had the best experience with Best Buy's auto department. I came in yesterday hoping someone could look at my stereo to see if it could be replaced. Marco immediately looked at it and thoroughly explained my options without me having an appointment. He brought me into the store to go over stero options, recommending one that was higher quality than what I had with almost no price difference. Even though they were booked three weeks out on auto repairs, he said if I dropped my car off that evening, he would come in early the next morning to install the new stereo. When I came to pick up my car, he showed me all the features of the new stereo before sending me on my way. I have never in my life had a customer service experience like this one. Marco was knowledgeable, friendly, and accomodating. My new car stereo and I are very happy. Thank you Marco!
