Tim Mitchell 5 months agoThis Best Buy is strange. One star off for this HORRIBLE location. Non working escalators, rust leaking stairs, dirty elevators all wrapped in one of the most poorly designed parking garages I have ever experienced. One star off for poor customer service. Two stars off for misguided and poorly designed check out process. Then, when you arrive at BB basement location you enter a moderately stocked cavern. After you are greeted at the door you are on your own. Check out process is slow. Employees are friendly once you engage but it’s the kind of place where I feel employees are trying not to make eye contact. I hate saying this but this place needs self check out. If you get in line behind someone with a return or buying something large - you a so going to wait…..and wait. I will not shop here again. I recommend home shopping and delivery.
Chris Schweikert 6 months agoTurns out some of the items Best Buy sells aren't returnable, even 5 minutes later in unused condition. They don't tell you this on the package or at checkout. You can't return a $20 unused car charger even though the package was still taped and I JUST checked out with the same cashier 5 minutes ago? I asked the manager if they could make an exception and how I could avoid this in the future and he both laughed at me and told me to try looking it up next time. Super unprofessional attitude from the man in the festive Santa cowboy hat when it's the holidays and arguably a deceptive business practice by Best Buy as a company.
Niah Simone 2 weeks agoUpon arrival, there was a customer walking ahead of me into the store, and there was a greeter posted at the front that assisted him. I already knew what I needed and where it was, so I went straight to it. I got the last micro USB cable, and it was on sale! I got to the checkout line, and there were 3 register lights on, but only one cashier at the time. That one cashier turned to tell another associate to come to his register, as he was already with a customer. When he did, he waved me over to come to the register. I was not greeted by him, as he was engaged in a walkie conversation. My item was scanned, and I paid. He gave me the receipt, and told me to have a nice day, and I replied the same, then I left. Great items and prices. However, great customer service is key.
Ji “JAY” Hong 11 months agoI think this location has very well displayed for the home theater especially. You can feel all sense well in the special room. It gives you a great opportunity to enjoy magnificent and expensive speakers and the best TV quality. It was super quiet day~night on tuesday.
Alberto Reyes 2 months agoIf you have a PS5 that you did not buy from Best Buy, Geek Squad cannot repair it. Hopefully this will save someone time down the line. I know this is not specific to this Best Buy it's just a frustrating experience to get a hold of anyone. They use AI to "better" help you during a call, the AI was confused, it redirected me to a person, waited for about 10 minutes, got sent to sales, I told sales I wanted Geek Squad, redirected and waited another few minutes. When they picked up, they put me on hold again to check the notes from my previous interaction even though my previous interaction was just trying to get redirected to the right department. They had a hard time understanding what a "disk drive" was. I had to keep reiterating that I'm not talking about a game I previously bought there and that I did not buy the PS5 from there, I just wanted to know if they do repairs for consoles not purchased there. While waiting, I checked online for answers, they were mixed. I checked bestbuy.com and it suggested to make an appointment to go in person. With each question I was put on short holds so they can check for me. For in the end for them to tell me they cannot.
