We came here after a horrible experience dealing with AT&T staff in their store. We ended up purchasing a phone. Aaron and Becca took about an hour out of their time working with us to get everything set up. They were amazing and had such great customer service. from here on out we will be purchasing any future phones through Best Buy and skipping AT&T all together. I encourage everyone to do the same. they also have great deals.

They did the big and switch game on me. Just recently, yesterday, June 13th, went into buy a TV. They told me my days weren't available for the delivery that I wanted called me back. An hour later told me that the date became available. Help me go to the whole process of coming back applying for the best by a credit card. To get the 0% financing benefit after everything was processed. Then, they told me that my date wasn't available again. I had a credit inquiry drove down there for nothing

There were two customer service reps who made this an absolutely enjoyable, and downright fun, experience……Marshel and Jesus. My husband and I needed to update our electronic equipment. Marshel was very attentive and listened to our needs and concerns, and endless questions. She prioritized us and stayed with us through our entire shopping experience. She was friendly and personable and any questions we had she was able to answer them. She even went the extra mile and got us a shopping cart! Jesus was just as friendly and very knowledgeable about the computer products. He also offered very helpful advice regarding which computer would best suit our needs. This was a very positive experience and both of them were amazing! Best Buy has always been our place to go for electronics and will continue to be because of people like Marshel and Jesus.

I will never buy any open floor refrigerator (Samsung) here again. Basically, Best Buy puts the floor models on discount and knocks a few hundred bucks off the original price. Also, they lock the refrigerator in a demo mode. This only activates the light and fan inside the appliance. It took me 6 hours to figure out how to switch off demo mode. No Information was in the instructions or on YouTube. All models have different button arrangements. My issue is that Geek Squad is only open Monday - Saturday. Samsung help desk was closed and was not able to take my call on Saturday at 6:00 PM. unable to get ahold of a real person just an AI or chat bot from both places for help. Bottom line: Best Buy needs to take its floor models out of demo mode before selling them to customers. What a horrible experience! This and finding sweet tarts and hair ties in the freezer I should have been discounted $600 off instead of $200. Customer service was okay so I give a star. #toolate #bestbuysupportsucks #openflooritemsSUCK!

Amazing selection of electronics and super friendly staff! I found exactly what I needed, and they were so helpful in answering all my questions. Definitely my go-to store for tech!
