Drove from haysville to 21st and rock rd to get screen protectors for my S26 phones. Said they were in stock but when we arrived they said they were in the warehouse. Why would u have the latest phone accessories in the warehouse? This is why best buy will go under. Not because of Amazon, but because your customer service really sucks!

Recently bought a Ninja Foodi Smart XL indoor grill from Best Buy and it works great took me a little bit to figure out the thermometer piece but once I got everything set it grilled Salmon very nicely. Can't wait to try other things with it.

Only visit if you know exactly what you need and where to find it in the store. Best buy employees in this store aren't overly interested in helping customers out if they, God forbid, just need to know where something is at in a store that likes to move inventory around every quarter. If you ask them you are usually met with a shitty attitude and an eye roll. The employees don't seem to have a clue what they sell and often have no idea if best buy carries it. "If you go to the website..." is not an acceptable answer. Spend your money elsewhere folks. Update: bestbuy support wants to chat! Provide an email and I would be happy to chat with you. I don't talk through socials. Thanks!

The Geek Squad couldn't have been more helpful. They helped us immediately...we arrived just before the store opened and were in line early. Lots of TV options and staff to help. Great parking.

I went in yesterday and worked with Jesus. Best experience I have had in a retail shop in a long time! He asked me good questions gave me good information and helped me pick the best product for my needs. He was personable, friendly, and impressed me enough to leave a review.
