Diana is a total rockstar! She didn’t just help us make a purchase; she provided a masterclass in excellent customer service. Her deep knowledge, expertise, and amazing problem-solving skills made what could have been a complicated buying process incredibly easy and stress-free. Because of her sharp eye and genuine care for the customer, she saved my wife and me over $450! Staff was friendly, & helpful. Large variety of electronics, games, accessories. Since we visited on Halloween we noticed an associate with a wonderful costume of one of the best OverWatch characters. I was impressed and happy to see a person in a costume. Overall, great Best Buy, thank you Honolulu.

I am a regular customer at this Best Buy location, and I want to share my amazing experience thanks to Makana. Every time I walk into the store, I literally look around to find him because he is hands down the best consultant there! Most recently, he helped me choose the newest Samsung smartphone as a gift, along with all the necessary accessories. I wasn't very familiar with the product line, but Makana was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and professional. He truly embodies the Aloha spirit and makes my shopping experience the absolute best every single time. Managers, please notice this guy and give him a well-deserved promotion! He is truly THE BEST!

Man, I love electronics! I love technology, Mostly when it works. I have had overall great experiences with this location.Mainly because it's close to where I work, and costco. I love that they couple with geek squad to make home installations and other things an option for leisurely individuals such is myself. I feel it's fair to say that some items are overpriced, Because at the moment, everything in the world seems to be overpriced. So for this review, at this specific time, I feel like that's a fair statement. However, it doesn't stop me from coming in and acquiring my favorite technology from best Buy.

12/26/2025 Ordered a gaming monitor for curbside pickup at 12:00pm. After an hour of waiting I go inside show them I bought it and asked if I can just pick it up inside since I’m here. The lady at the front said I can’t do that (not sure why). After waiting 3 HOURS!! I check the status for my curbside order and it says the item is out of stock. Should have a better system. It’s not fair that I purchased an item for curbside pickup hours ago and then someone goes in the store buys the item and I lose out on something I purchased before them. Just saying.
