Went in for new TV and Sound bar. The associate was very knowledgeable and able to upset us from one Samsung (holiday) TV to the better quality one. We've been in a few times now as we're updating the entertainment in our home and each experience has been very pleasant.

I always rely on Steven and today he guided us to Jayan. Thank you for helping my daughter and I to get our laptops! It is so overwhelming for some of us so I appreciated Jayan's knowledge, honesty and especially for his customer service as he listened to our needs and found the best laptop for both of us. It was very easy to work with him, it was a quick and an easy experience plus it was enjoyable with those awesome prices too! Thanks Jay!!!

Even when I spoke Spanish and my English was half broken, he was patient and helped us. I want to thank Kyle for all the help and patience he had with me. He calmly explained to me all the qualities of the PC gamer and gave me very good advice to choose the best for me. You can tell that he knows a lot about the subject and also has excellent customer service. Thank you for taking the time to explain everything to me so well. Highly recommended!

I originally came in with a complaint that a tv wasn’t delivered on time before Christmas, but Matt Townsend, the supervisor on duty, handled everything so well that I ended up making a purchase that was an upsell from the tv that wasn’t delivered on-time instead. Everyone was super helpful, understanding, and truly cared about finding a solution. Excellent customer service! 10/10

Love Best Buy! The staff is so friendly and welcoming. They always make sure they answer all your questions. They are patient with those of us that don’t know squat in electronics. Prices are not bad at all. Great quality over all.
