It is a convenient place to buy electronics, appliances, groceries, and many more. The store is well organised. The staff are also very helpful. You will get items at very reasonablea and cheap price as compared to other platforms. Sometimes the items are not available in store, but u can get in online mode .

Great experience. Staff was knowledgeable and helpful. Im glad I chose to come into the store rather than just ordering online. I worked primarily with Michael, but I also witnessed great collaboration with the other folks who were on the floor. It seems like the staff gets along well, are in good spirits, and are invested in providing a pleasant customer experience. A rare find for most big chains in this area.

Subject: Formal Complaint: Order #BBY01-807175661782 Cancelled Without Explanation Dear Best Buy Customer Care Team, I am writing to formally complain about the unexplained cancellation of my recent order, #BBY01-807175661782, for a MOBI - Cam MP Smart Baby & Nursery Monitoring Camera. I placed this order for pickup at the Columbia Heights (Washington, DC) location on May 8th. On May 13th, I received an email stating the order was cancelled, but no reason was provided. I did not request this cancellation. Furthermore, I am very disappointed to see that the item is still available, but the price has now increased. I acted in good faith to purchase this during a promotion, and the cancellation happened entirely on the store’s end. I am requesting the following: 1. A clear explanation as to why my order was cancelled. 2. That Best Buy honors the original promotional price of $24.99 for this item. I would like to complete this purchase as originally planned. Please let me know how you can assist in reinstating this order or providing a price match for a new order. I can attach my original order summary and the cancellation notice for your reference. Overall, I was very dissatisfied with my shopping experience today. I came in to purchase two phones for my clients, and the young man who initially assisted me was rude and dismissive throughout the interaction. Unfortunately, I did not get his name, but he was a younger Asian gentleman. From the start, he repeatedly tried to sell me the iPhone 17, despite my explaining multiple times that it was not what I was looking for and would not meet my clients' needs. I was not searching for the cheapest option available, simply something affordable, reliable, and appropriate for their situation. Instead of listening to my concerns, he continued circling back to the iPhone promotion. I understand that employees have sales goals and promotions to discuss, but his approach came across as dismissive and unhelpful. Eventually, we settled on the Samsung A16, and he asked a coworker to retrieve the phones. While waiting, my clients and I browsed the store. Throughout the process, it was clear that he did not want to assist us. Another customer came in while we were there, and I overheard their interaction. Unsurprisingly, he was just as dismissive and rude with them. When his coworker, Devyn, returned with the phones, the other employee stated that he did not want to ring us up and asked Devyn to complete the transaction instead. He then commented that he does not handle prepaid or unlocked phone sales because they negatively affect his sales numbers. Having worked in retail for many years myself, I understand the pressure of sales goals, but I do not think that is an appropriate comment to make in front of customers. Devyn was polite, professional, and extremely helpful. He completed the transaction, answered my questions, pointed me toward a better option for my needs, and took the time to explain the benefits associated with my membership. Devyn's customer service was excellent and ultimately salvaged what was otherwise a very disappointing experience. To the other employee: if your sales numbers are suffering, your attitude may have more to do with it than the products you’re selling. Don’t work in a customer based job if you’re going to be a jerk. ✨

Went to repair a $600 laptop that was covered by hp warranty and best buy claiming water damage (provided no proof despite me asking for photos or diagnosis) and asking for $1000 for repairs. When I refused service they charged me $85 to even get my laptop back and held the device as ransom if I don’t pay. Update: the corporate agent simply had no interest resolving my issue and was trying to be argumentative. I’m still being forced to pay $85 to pick up my laptop. Why claim I don’t have to pay if I have a factory warranty and then after I show a warranty they just say we will not provide a refund. Completely hilarious and illogical customer service.
