Visited this Best Buy during a trip. Overall it was a good Best Buy with friendly staff. However I was looking for a specific cable, and i asked for help from 2 people and they were willing to help but expertise wise they did not find me the right product. I needed the male port for my charger brick but they sold me the wrong female port (I had my brick with me and showed them in person) I will have to return it

Came in today to get my husband a tv for fathers day. At first we couldnt find someone to answer his questions then along came Josh and answered all my husbands questions. And he got his new tv. I felt bad because he stayed after closing to help us. So a huge thank you to Josh for amazing customer service. As a manager myself I truly value amazing employees who go out of their way.

My first experience at this Best Buy location was excellent. I visited specifically to pickup a laptop for my son to use for his upcoming finals, and I was able to secure a great deal on an open-box HP model. ​The staff members were friendly and helpful throughout the shopping process. ​The store offers plenty of parking, making the visit convenient and stress-free. ​The location is well-organized, with a vast selection of electronics beyond just computers. ​Overall, it was a successful first trip to this store, and the helpful service ensured I found exactly what we needed in time for finals week.

If you need a laptop, come to this Best Buy. We tried several before landing here and thank goodness we did! The team member who helped us out (Kai) was extremely helpful and made our experience an absolute 10/10, even helping to recommend the best laptop for my brother who is going to major in mechanical engineering. We bought a refrigerator from here because the price was good and they guaranteed that it would be available for delivery on Friday. Thursday night, they call and tell us that it won't be. As we were moving that day, and needed a fridge this was a huge problem. It wasn't even going to be for Saturday, because that was a weekend.... So they were trying to tell us Monday. Awful service. They don't care. And everyone we spoke acted like this was perfectly acceptable... to have 3 days with no place to store our food. There are better places to shop that might actually care about you getting what you order.
