Get the warranty the geek squad foxes it or sends it in for you. It is so worth it yearly price. Buy your unlocked phones with their warranty is cheaper than any carrier warranty with no extra charges. In north carolina they have a best buy outlet store. 50 percent and 75 percent off everything!!! If ya didnt know .. know ya know 😏 😉 😎. Best customer service is at best buy..!!

Great experience! Found a laptop online for a good price ($270 after sales tax!), just needed a basic computer that worked. I checked if they had it in stock, and they actually did when I came there. A man in the electronic section was very helpful. No annoying attempts to upsell. I was literally was in and out in like 15 minutes. I think the big box stores could learn a thing or two from this place.

Best Buy has changed up their model a bit. I would typically walk around searching for the item I was looking for, however this time I walked in and was immediately helped by a helpful young man who managed my transaction (and help me load my items as well). The employee was helpful, knowledgeable and had me in and out in 15 mins. I appreciate the store had the ability to price check on the spot. I wish I got the gentleman’s name but bravo with his service. The items were well received by the kids who loved them! Nicely done Best Buy.

We were looking for the ooma digital telephone system. Checked online, they had one. Got to the store and the greeter when asked where in the store the ooma could be found, she was so quick to say, nope, don't got it. We checked around and actually found it. Cashier wasn't having a good day either. But, we secured what we wanted.
